Transport

Transport on the island comes in a number of different forms. Car hire can be arranged for intrepid travellers and taxis and buses are also available for local travel.

Taxis

The taxi fare to town is around $F6. Please ensure you request a four-wheel drive because of the steep driveway or alternately pick up the taxi at the roadway below.

Buses

Depart to town at 7.45am, 12.40pm and 4.45pm
Return from town at 12.15pm and 4.15pm
The bus will stop in front of the house if you flag it down. The fare is around F 80cents.
